Nigel G.
Covid has definitely been a bit of a struggle at times - I found the ban on 'going to the pub or restaurant' during lockdowns to be incredibly frustrating - I guess I'm a very sociable person so I love meeting friends and 'chewing the fat' so to speak, going out for dinner with Gina etc. - this is really my 'treatment' if I'm feeling a bit crappy.

I also find going for a walk on the seafront really helps - taking the dog out kind of forces me to do that!
To be quite honest I don't get down that much - Gina's always ribbing me about the fact that I always seem to say 'never mind' if something doesn't work out.

It has been a hard couple of years for everyone and hopefully we're getting through it to some degree. We haven't been able to tour for quite a while so, after all this time at home, it's going to be interesting to see how we all cope with it - but again, there's the social side of it I'm looking forward to.
