Timo T.

I guess it really comes down to that you just have to keep going no matter what. You've got to stay positive even when it seems impossible. You attract abundance and good things when you constantly c h o o s e to think positive thoughts. We are all brainwashed by the society, parents and religion. You have to unlearn that and create your own belief system. Be very aware of who you let in your inner circle. Mental illness is not in the mind only, it is in the body too. Your body will manifest all that you have inside as neuroses and illnesses and rigid belief systems.

Life is fluid, and the Universe is there helping you if you are just honest to yourself. You've got to be honest no matter what. You've got to be brutally honest about yourself and your life. Persistence is the key to making it, no matter what you do. Life is a series of obstacles, and you have to overcome them one by one. Go towards the fear, there is genius behind that. And above all, when things get REALLY tough:

  • Stop

  • Rest

  • Take it VERY easy

  • Give yourself time

  • Go for walk, even if it is difficult. Just a little bit at least.

  • Try to look for patterns, How have you become where you are now?

  • Have you been repeating things? Most of us are.

One day, things will be good. Be grateful anyway, life is a gift. You were born perfect. It is not your fault, but you have the responsibility to get well.
